General Information:

  • FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100 to any of the 48 contiguous US states. 
  • Orders under $100 for domestic shipping and handling will have a flat fee of $11.95. *
  • Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1-2 days of shipping out.
  • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, packages marked "Delivered", stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with either UPS or the appropriate delivery service.

  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

Domestic Shipping within contiguous 48 US states:

Once order has been received, it will take 1-2 business days for processing. After the order has been processes, shipping will take anywhere, on average, from 2 to 5 business days depending on method (UPS, USPS, etc) or to the location where the package is being shipped. We do  not ship on weekends or holidays. Most orders are shipped out by UPS. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email that the order has been shipped and will also receive a tracking number of the package so that you can track your package. Orders with APO, FPO or PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS.

 

Once order is shipped it may take 2 to 7 days to receive your package if orders are within the continental US. Orders outside the US may take longer than 7 days.

 

Shipping Cost for orders outside contiguous 48 US States:

If you need shipping outside the contiguous 48 states (i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, International,etc) the cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight and delivery speed of your order.

Expedited Shipping:

If you would like to receive your order quicker with overnight or 2 day shipping, you can indicate that in the comment section during checkout or you can contact us at sales@eromhealth.com and we will try to get your order to you as soon as possible for an additional cost for faster shipping.
