REFUND and RETURN POLICY
If you’re not entirely satisfied with products you’ve purchased at EromHealth.com, simply return the UNOPENED AND UNUSED products in its original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our return policy is as follows:
1. All returns & exchanges can only be processed by purchases that were made and is authorized by EromHealth.com.
2. If you’re returning a product that you are not satisfied with, you must have all tags and the original packaging that was sent to you. Once you meet these conditions, then there will be a 15% of restocking fee from the original value.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund
4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
5. Products cannot be returned once you opened it. Please note that if you’re returning opened or used products, we will send it back to you and you will be charged all shipping costs incurred.
6. You have 15 days upon the confirmation of your delivery to contact us at
firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form.
7. Once you have contacted customer service and have received an RMA Form, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned products. You must ship back to us within 5 days once we issue RMA# to you by email.
8. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 to 2 weeks.
9. If you have received a defective or damaged product, you must notify us immediately. Once having contacted us we will have you ship back products at our expense. Once the product arrives at our facility, we will investigate the product. Your claim may take up to 1-2 weeks to be reimbursed the total amount back via your payment method.
In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
• A copy of your invoice
• RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
• All tags and the original packaging that was sent to you
Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be tracked.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 14-14 Utopia Pkwy. Whitestone, NY 11357.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
